Exponents (single base)

Simplify exponents with the power rule (single integer base)

Rewrite each exponential expression in a simplified form with a single positive exponent (if needed). If the expression simplifies to 1, write '1'.

\(\left(2^{-4}\right)^{4}\)

Know and apply the properties of integer exponents to generate equivalent numerical expressions. For example, 32 × 3-5 = 3-3 = 1/33 = 1/27.
